Rick Dodd our inspector for the well is the most knowledgeable, professional and caring individual I have come across in my 30 plus years of Real Estate. In today’s world customer service and knowledgeable people are very hard to come by.. Kat.. is another individual within this company who is very knowledgeable and kind.. The owners of this great company should be very proud.. I have well and septic at my home.. too.. This company is a definite keeper!!!

I normally don’t take the time to leave reviews but I can’t say enough good things about the past 2 experiences we’ve had with tri county pumps. Had a water softener issue and they squeezed me in today on a Friday and prices are always reasonable (had one guy quote me from another company and tricounty was 400 dollars cheaper 👀) tri county pumps even threw in a product to help maintain the system for free. Great service, hands down!

I want to thank Tri County Pump Service for their great service and quick response when our family had a water emergency on a holiday weekend recently. Josh responded to my message within minutes on a Sunday evening and had someone out to fix the problem first thing the next morning. We had such a positive experience start to finish that I feel confident in recommending Tri County Pump.

I called for a well pump replacement last night after hours. The office called promptly this morning and they were out here by noon. Raymond and Hayden pulled my 400’ well pump and replaced the 18 year old pump. Both did a great job and gave me a lot of insight on how the system works. The price was exactly as quoted and a couple hours later I am all set. I still have to run the water out for a day or two until it clears, but the new pump is doing great. Thanks guys!

“Unfortunately, in today’s marketplace, customer service and professional integrity are often lacking in many businesses. I am happy to say this is not the case with Tri County Pump Services. Our well pump had failed, and we had been out of water for several days while I tried desperately to find someone to come look at the problem. When I called Tri County, they immediately scheduled me service, even though they had an extremely busy schedule that day. When my technicians arrived (Jeff and Cody) they quickly found the problem, explained what was wrong and offered me a few solutions for repairs. Thy did not pressure me into buying something more than what I needed, however, they did offer me some very practical advice based on my needs and financial situation. They didn’t do anything until I understood the situation, was comfortable with the solution, and had all my questions and concerns addressed. While they performed the repairs, they were both polite and personable, and respected both myself and my property. These young men are a refreshing example of what real customer service should be like. The final cost was exactly what I was quoted, and based on previous repairs with other companies, was more than fair for the job I had done. I have other repairs needed on my hot water heater and other plumbing concerns and have schedule then to return next week for another service call. I appreciate the attention to detail, pride taken in their work, polite-friendly staff, and quality of the repairs.”
