General Purpose of the Position

The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for meeting with homeowners and making water treatment recommendations based on their needs. They are also responsible for overseeing and driving the sales process from estimate to installation. They will be developing and filling a pipeline of leads as well as nurturing inbound leads.


  • History of success and 1-2 years of experience in a sales role
  • Impeccable customer service and follow up skills
  • Experience building and maintaining business relationships
  • Experience in full cycle sales
  • Ability to create and maintain a pipeline of leads
  • Interested in learning about the Water Treatment Industry
  • Upbeat and positive attitude
